WHAT IS SPOT

SPOT workouts are for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. The workouts can be adapted for any age and level of fitness. We strive to help improve strength and conditioning with a variety of functional movements at different intensity levels. Functional movements are movements we perform in our daily lives like squatting, pushing, pulling and lifting things from the ground. In addition, the body is conditioned with running, rowing, biking and many more cardio exercises. Our coaches teach you how to do these movements correctly and build strength so you can be unstoppable in your everyday life. When we perform these movements at high intensity the goal is to burn unwanted fat, and build stamina and endurance. Movements, structure, and the length of the workouts are varied daily, to not only keep the workouts fun and exciting, but to challenge you to become better every day. Our programs build all around strong and well conditioned bodies that are ready for anything life may throw at them.

SPOT is known for its very supportive community. Whether you finish your workout first or come in last, you will be cheered on by your teammates to make sure you finish strong and feel accomplished and confident.
