400 M Row/Run (break up into two groups, one runs and the other rows, the second set they switch run/row)
10 Squats
10 Inchworm
10 Lateral Lunge (each sdie)
10 Floor Thruster
10 Situps

 

Metcon (No Measure)

Spend some time explaining Hinging at the Hips. Demo and practice - KB Deadlift and KB Swings.

9 AMRAP (Partner)
15 KB Deadlift
10 KB Swings
5 Burpees
(Both partners must complete each exercise and all the reps before moving onto the next one)
