Warm-up

7 AMRAP
200 M Run
10 Reverse Lunges (total)
10 Toe Touches (laying on back, feet up)

 

Endurance

60 sec work/15 sec rest (3 Rounds)

1. Medicine Ball Squat
2. Banded Low Row
3. Hand Release Pushup
(R1:00 after all three rounds complete)

Wall Ball Technique 7 min (practice and find a weight that you can get over the 9' or 10" line consistently)

 



9 AMRAP (Partner)

30 Wall Balls
200 M Run
30 Box Jumps 6-24"(everyone should practice jumping, no matter how low)
(only one person working at a time except for the run, it is done together - fire hydrant)
