Warm-up: Coaches choice (5 min)
CoreWork: As many reps of Sit-ups in 5 minutes
Stamina Conditioning: As many reps as possible of WB in 40 min of
P1- 400m Run w/ MB
P2- Max Wall Balls RX: 20 / 14 lbs
NOTE: Partner 1 will run 400m while Partner 2 does MAX WALL BALL. Once the 400m run is done each partner will do 10 synchronized burpees. The goal is to accumulate as many WB between each team.
