Understanding/Practice of Technique 10:00-15;00

(Make sure you are leaning back as your toes go for the 

bar, the more you lean back the closer you will be to bar.

Toes to Bar are basically knees to Elbows except you

extend your feet at the top to touch bar)

 

Toes To Bar  (Endurance) 15:00-30:00

12x2(:45)(beginner) or 12x8 Knees To Elbow

12x6(:45)(advanced) (meaning you can string together 8+)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Met-Con 35:00-55:00

14 KB Swings 55/35 (eye level)

10 MB Thrusters 20/14

6 Pullups

14 KB Swings 55/35 (overhead)

10 MB Burpees 20/14

6 Toes To Bar

10 MB Mountain Climbers 20/14 (hands on top of MB)
