"CAO" 3 Rounds 

20 Deadlift @90% CL Max

15 FSQ @45% 

15 Push Press @40% Jerk

(Two partners sharing a platform will use the

average weight. Athlete 1 goes and has to be

finished by 2:30 then rest 2:30 while Athlete 2 goes)

***1500 M Row for every round not finished in 2:30

to be completed after training.

 

Battle (Met-Con) 30:00-55:00

"Ain't Fair" (Partners)

700 Single Unders

100 KB Swings 55/35 (overhead)

100 V-ups

(At the start of each minute both athletes will

perform 4 synchronized burpees, then one athlete will

start Single Unders. You will move onto the next exercise 

when all 700 Jumps are completed)
