50 Double under / 100 Single under

20 Push-ups

Stamina Conditioning: Teams of 2

As many reps of calorie row as possible in 30 minutes 

P1- Max Calorie row ( score )

P2- 400m Run ( time keeper)

Every time each team switch, they must do 10 synchronized burpees
