  2. SL MB Glute Bridge

  3. Bottom of Ring Dip Holds

  4. Sit Outs

 

Strength: 25:00-45:00

6min Supersets (4 rds x10 reps each) 1 min rest.

  1. SL Squat to Box + TRX Pull Ups

2) KB Deadlift (use 2 if necessary)+ Negative Push-Ups
