100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run


(No Cap)


There will be three variations according to fitness level.

1. The repetitons can be broken up however you choose. (no vest)

2. The reps are done as written above 100-200-300, must complete one exercise

before moving to the next. (no vest)

3. Same as number two, but with a weighted vest 20/14lbs.
