Athlete "A" - 1000m Row

 

Athlete "B" - 1 Round

- 35 sit ups

- 25 Squats

- 15 Push ups

 

**Switch every time athlete "A" completes 1000m. Continue until the 10,000m mark.

*** Partner "B", complete 1 Round of the given movements and rest until Partner "A"

is done with the row!!
