“Modified Murph”

- 500 Single Under

- 100 Pull-ups / Band Pull-down / DB Bent Over Row

- 200 Pushups

- 300 Air Squats

- 500 Single Under

 

*** You may split up the Pullups, Pushups, and Squats

however you wish. However, you must begin and end the 

workout with 500 Single Unders!!!

 

Example #1: 10 Rounds

- 10 Pull-ups

- 20 Push-ups

- 30 Squats

 

Example #2: 20 Rounds

- 5 Pull-ups

- 10 Push-ups

- 15 Squats
